Speaking on his "New Heights" podcast, Kelce acknowledged the widespread internet reaction and Swift's gesture, stating, "Just doing my deed as a husband. ... Swift's enthusiastic celebration occurred after Kelce scored his first touchdown of the season during the Chiefs' game against the Indianapolis Colts. The pop superstar, who married Kelce in July, was seen in a stadium suite wearing a red Chiefs tank top. She was joined by her parents, Scott and Andrea Swift, and Kelce's mother, Donna Kelce.
