U.S. Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy and his wife, Fox News host Rachel Campos-Duffy, have faced online backlash after a resurfaced clip from their podcast, "From the Kitchen Table: The Duffys," revealed personal details about their intimacy.

In the segment, Sean Duffy, 54, suggested that shared musical interests can foster closeness. His wife then added that they maintain a "get in the mood playlist" for intimate moments, mentioning Sade as an artist featured on it. Sean commented, "I put up with Sade."

The clip, shared on X (formerly Twitter) by the account @FactPostNews, garnered over 214,000 views and prompted numerous critical responses. Users expressed discomfort and questioned the appropriateness of the public disclosure by a government official.

One user asked, "Why is our transportation secretary telling us this?" Another commented, "Oh God. This is CRINGE as f**k. I feel sorry for your kids - gross." Others joked about the situation, with one person stating, "Now they ruined Sade for me."

This resurfaced podcast content follows another clip from the same podcast that circulated online this week. In that segment, Sean Duffy discussed actress Sydney Sweeney's physical appearance, stating that "men appreciate women" and that such appreciation is not "toxic." He added that men and women are made to "mate" and that Sweeney is a "reminder that men are still men. And women are still women and that's okay."

These remarks also drew criticism, with one user calling it "objectification" and another labeling it "so inappropriate" and "creepy and unprofessional."

Sean and Rachel Campos-Duffy married in 1999 after meeting on MTV's "Road Rules: All Stars" and have nine children together. The podcast "From the Kitchen Table: The Duffys" ran from 2021 to 2024.
