Reality television personality Ella Rae Wise, 26, is not married to businessman Ricky Lawrence, 34, according to reports. Speculation about a secret wedding arose earlier this week after the couple went Instagram official during a holiday in Marbella.
Further fueling the rumors, a photograph posted by their friend Lorri Haines, fiancé of Ferne McCann, included the caption "Congratulations to the newlyweds." Wise was also photographed wearing a gold Cartier ring on her finger while at the Don Carlos Hotel.
A source cited by The Sun stated that the "newlyweds" comment was "just a joke" and that the couple is not married but are enjoying their time together. Representatives for Wise have been contacted for comment.
The new romance follows Wise's split from her on-again, off-again boyfriend Dan Edgar in January 2025. Edgar is now reportedly in a relationship with Chloe Lewis. In May, Wise candidly shared on the "You All right Hun?" podcast that she found it "really hard" to cope with Edgar moving on with Lewis. She described navigating being around her ex in group settings as a "really hard situation," noting that they were "naturally drawn to each other."
