Tommy Fury Reportedly Asked to Leave Halloween Event Amid Intoxication Allegations

Boxer Tommy Fury was reportedly asked to leave a Halloween event on Saturday after allegedly intimidating staff during a night out. The incident occurred at Scare City theme park near Chorley, where Fury, 27, was with friends.

A source told The Sun that Fury became increasingly intoxicated throughout the night, exhibiting rude and intimidating behavior towards scare workers, many of whom were women. The source claimed Fury "squared up to people" and at one point "smelled like he'd been sick" before management asked him to leave.

One scare worker reportedly described feeling "terrified" when Fury allegedly lunged at her, stating, "I've got a famous boxer in my face and two security guards." Another staff member expressed frustration that "idiots" were ruining the experience for families.

A video circulating reportedly shows Fury squaring up to a scare actor before kissing their mask.

Representatives for Tommy Fury stated that he was asked by staff to engage in "face-off" interactions in a "very jokey way" and that some staff later messaged to say "how lovely it was to see him." A spokesperson for Scare City confirmed they are investigating the matter, emphasizing that the safety and well-being of their scare actors are a top priority.

The incident brings to mind Fury's past struggles with alcohol addiction, which previously caused friction in his relationship with fiancée Molly-Mae Hague. The couple reportedly split for a year in 2024 due to Fury's dependency on alcohol. Hague had documented the impact of Fury's drinking, describing how it affected their relationship and her own "traumatized and hurt" feelings.

Fury himself has spoken about his battle with alcohol, explaining that after undergoing reconstructive hand surgery in January 2024, his recovery and inability to train led to a "downward spiral." He admitted to drinking heavily, going out most nights and drinking to "get black-out drunk," which he said led to their breakup as he felt he could not be the partner he wanted to be.

The boxer, 27, who split from partner Molly-Mae Hague for a year over his alcohol addiction in 2024, left several of the scare workers 'terrified' as he staggered around the Scare City park

Molly and Tommy Fury rekindled their romance in May 2025 and have since welcomed their second child. Fury has stressed that cheating was never an issue, attributing their past separation solely to his alcohol consumption and its impact on his mental health and their relationship.
