The tumultuous split between "Vanderpump Rules" star Tom Sandoval and his ex-girlfriend Victoria Robinson has intensified, with both parties leveling serious accusations against each other. The dispute has led to legal interventions, including a temporary restraining order against Robinson and her father.
Robinson, 33, is reportedly pursuing legal avenues to regain possession of the Los Angeles home she previously shared with Sandoval, 44. Sources close to Robinson told the Daily Mail that she contributed the majority of the down payment for the property and her name is on the lease. She also claims ownership of most of the household items, with the exception of a treadmill belonging to Sandoval.
Sandoval, however, claims that Robinson has violated court-defined boundaries. According to an insider close to Sandoval, Robinson has been abusive and has breached the restraining order multiple times by attempting to extend her stay at the home and having a third party try to retrieve surveillance equipment.
"It only took her a couple of hours to break the restraining order three different times," the source close to Sandoval stated, adding that Robinson's conduct shows disregard for court orders and will be addressed in future legal proceedings.
A source close to Robinson has denied these allegations, asserting that she has maintained distance from the property and has made no attempt to physically approach Sandoval. The source also stated that any contact with Sandoval by a third party was unsolicited.
The legal conflict stems from a June 3 incident during which footage appeared to show Sandoval pushing Robinson's father, Will Robinson, into a lit fire pit. The incident occurred during an argument where Sandoval questioned if Robinson was recording him. Will Robinson grabbed Sandoval's waist, and Sandoval then pushed him away, resulting in the fall into the fire pit.
Will Robinson is reportedly nursing injuries from the incident, including a dislocated thumb, a herniated disc, and a gash on his heel, requiring medical treatment. He told TMZ that he contacted authorities for his and his daughter's safety. However, a source close to Sandoval suggested that Will Robinson's back injuries were pre-existing and that his hand injury may have resulted from punching a hole in a door.
Sandoval has presented his own account in legal documents, claiming that Will Robinson initiated physical contact by grabbing his arms and shoulders, making him feel trapped. Sandoval stated he pushed him away to protect himself, which led to the fall. He also alleged that Victoria Robinson physically attacked him, hitting him and causing blurred vision, ear, and neck injuries. He included images in his court filing depicting these alleged injuries. According to Sandoval, during the same incident, Will Robinson punched a hole in a door while Sandoval was barricading himself in a room.
Sandoval was granted a temporary restraining order against both Victoria Lee Robinson and her father on Thursday. He stated in his filing that Robinson and her father had been living in his home and that he was concerned for his safety and well-being, needing to regain access to his home, vehicle, and belongings. He has reportedly been staying with a friend and in hotels.
Amid the escalating tensions, police were reportedly called to the residence on Saturday afternoon when Robinson allegedly sent someone named Miguel to retrieve her belongings. According to Sandoval's team, the box Miguel was sent to retrieve contained security camera equipment, the removal of which would have disabled Sandoval's surveillance of the property. Miguel told TMZ he was communicating with Robinson via speakerphone during the attempt.
Robinson had previously been arrested for allegedly assaulting Sandoval, but was released on bond. Sandoval also claimed in court filings that Robinson had a history of domestic abuse against him, including hitting him, throwing a bottle, changing his social media passwords, and tracking him with AirTags.
