Tom Sandoval Granted Restraining Order Against Ex-Girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson

Tom Sandoval has been granted a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson, with a Los Angeles judge issuing the order on Thursday. The order will remain in effect until October 1, 2028.

Under the terms of the restraining order, Robinson is prohibited from contacting Sandoval directly or indirectly, including through any form of electronic communication. She is also required to remain at least 100 yards away from Sandoval, his workplace, and his home, and must immediately vacate his Los Angeles residence. The documents also state that Robinson is prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition during the active period of the order.

The ruling follows a legal dispute that began in June, when Sandoval sought protection from Robinson and her father, Will Robinson, after an alleged violent altercation at his home. Sandoval accused Robinson of attacking him after he discovered she was recording him. He alleged that Will Robinson then intervened, grabbing him and punching a hole in a spare bedroom door where Sandoval had barricaded himself.

Sandoval claimed in court documents that Victoria Robinson subsequently entered the room and struck him in the face, causing injuries to his ear and neck and temporarily blurring his vision. He stated he sustained a bruise near his temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from his ear and neck, experiencing continued pain and seeking medical treatment in the days following the alleged assault.

Initially, Sandoval obtained temporary restraining orders against both Victoria and Will Robinson, mandating they leave his home and maintain a distance of at least 100 yards from him and his properties. However, Will Robinson filed his own request for a civil harassment restraining order against Sandoval the following day.

Will Robinson presented a different account of the events, alleging that Sandoval overpowered his daughter and pushed him into a lit fire pit. He claimed to have sustained serious injuries, including a ruptured disc, a broken thumb and elbow, and a laceration to his heel. Video footage from the incident appeared to show Will Robinson grabbing Sandoval as Sandoval attempted to take Victoria Robinson's phone, leading Sandoval to push Will Robinson backward, causing him to fall near a fire pit.

Will Robinson also alleged that the June confrontation was not the first time Sandoval had become physically aggressive towards Victoria, a claim Sandoval has denied.

Tom Sandoval and Victoria Lee Robinson began dating in early 2024, following Sandoval's highly publicized split from his longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix.
