Tom Sandoval, known for his role in Bravo's "Vanderpump Rules," has accused his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson of physical abuse and making derogatory remarks about his genitals. These allegations were detailed in a statement filed in Los Angeles Superior Court as part of an ongoing restraining order case.
Sandoval, 43, stated in a declaration that the alleged incidents occurred last fall during a tour with his band, Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He claims Robinson, 34, repeatedly kicked him in the groin while hurling insults, including comments about his penis size, during an incident on October 10, 2025. According to Sandoval's filing, Robinson had consumed drugs and alcohol to the point where venue security had to assist her back to the tour bus.
Sandoval's declaration also describes instances of disruptive behavior from Robinson during the tour, including what he characterized as "illicit and highly disruptive" actions. He stated that multiple venues expressed concerns about her alleged drug use backstage, leading his band manager and musical director to suggest she be banned from the remainder of the tour.
He further alleged that Robinson subjected him to constant monitoring, demanding frequent communication via phone calls, text messages, and FaceTime, which caused him significant distress and anxiety. During an August 2025 performance on "America's Got Talent," Sandoval claims Robinson called him over twenty times, negatively impacting his performance.
Sandoval also stated that following a "highly publicized scandal" in 2023, he was dealing with low self-esteem, which he claims Robinson "repeatedly reinforced." He alleges she told him he was "not good enough," "not a real man," and that his reality television career was "embarrassing." Sandoval said he felt trapped in a cycle of manipulation and isolation and feared Robinson's potential actions if he ended the relationship.
According to Sandoval's legal documents, Robinson also threatened to "destroy" his life and "get the Ariana [Madix] treatment," referencing the public attention his former girlfriend received after their breakup.
Robinson has denied the allegations, stating to TMZ that she did not kick or touch Sandoval. She explained that she had taken a shot and asked him to take care of her, which he reportedly did not do, and that she then went to bed on the bus. She claims she asked him to keep the noise down and that Sandoval is trying to draw her back into the situation.
Representatives for Sandoval responded by emphasizing that abuse against men is often not taken seriously and that physical assault, verbal attacks, and intimidation are unacceptable regardless of gender. They stated that Sandoval's account is supported by eyewitnesses, including his band manager, and in some instances, video evidence.
Jason Bader, the manager and drummer for Sandoval's band, corroborated Sandoval's claims to the Daily Mail. Bader stated he witnessed Robinson punch, kick, and spit at Sandoval multiple times while on tour. He described Robinson as manipulative and evil, and expressed concern over watching the alleged interactions.
Sandoval was granted a restraining order against Robinson, who was also arrested following an alleged attack. He also obtained a restraining order against Robinson's father, J. Will Robinson, after alleging abuse that resulted in multiple injuries. Video footage reportedly shows an altercation where Sandoval pushed Will Robinson, who then fell into a fire pit.
Will Robinson disputed this account, claiming he lifted Sandoval off his daughter because Sandoval was overpowering her and twisting her arm. The LAPD arrested Victoria Robinson after questioning her. She was later released on bond.
In his restraining order filing, Sandoval alleged that Robinson punched his face, struck his neck, threw a Gatorade bottle at him, and accessed his phone and social media accounts without permission. He also claimed she spread falsehoods about him online and deleted evidence of her alleged abuse from his phone.
Robinson's legal representatives have denied Sandoval's version of events, stating that no criminal charges have been filed against her and that the portrayal of her as the aggressor is inconsistent with her account and visual evidence.
