Tom Brady Launches Robot Massage Therapy Protocol

Tom Brady, the renowned NFL legend and minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, is expanding his focus on wellness with the launch of a new robotic massage therapy protocol. Brady has partnered with Aescape, a company specializing in robotic massage technology, to introduce the "Brady Protocol," a 30-minute deep tissue massage designed to enhance recovery and promote longevity.

The protocol, co-developed with Brady, aims to make recovery practices accessible beyond professional athletes. It targets the posterior chain of the body, from the calves to the trapezius muscles, utilizing Aescape's Adaptive Body Therapy. This technology combines artificial intelligence with robotic arms that map an individual's body to personalize each massage session.

"Consistent bodywork is one of the most important things you can do to take care of yourself," Brady stated in a press release. "I’ve always believed you don’t have to be a professional athlete to benefit from that kind of care and consistency."

Brady became the Chief Innovation Officer at Aescape last year, focusing on sharing his personal regimen for longevity and recovery, which emphasizes muscle pliability and consistent bodywork. The "Brady Protocol" was developed through his collaboration with licensed therapists and trainers, ensuring the sequence and intensity of the robotic massage strokes reflect his years of experience with such practices.

"The sensors create a 3D model of your body that’s going to really personalize the massage… and between each visit, it’s going to remember you and know the things you like," said Eric Litman, Aescape founder and CEO, in a previous statement. A short introductory video from Brady will also guide users on how to use pressure controls and integrate the protocol into their wellness routines.

The Brady Protocol is now available at all Aescape locations, including partner sites open for public booking and member-exclusive facilities. Pricing varies by location, with sessions starting at $39.
