Tom Brady was among the prominent guests who departed early from Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding reception on Friday night. The former NFL star was observed in the backseat of a vehicle leaving Madison Square Garden in New York City, several hours before the event was scheduled to end. Brady, 48, was dressed in a black suit and tie for the occasion.

He was not the only celebrity to make an early exit. Comedian Chris Rock and actor Hugh Grant, accompanied by his wife Anna Eberstein, were also photographed leaving the reception before its conclusion. These individuals were part of a larger group of A-list attendees at the nuptials, which took place at the iconic venue.

Earlier in the day, guests such as Gigi Hadid, Bradley Cooper, Dakota Johnson, and Benson Boone were seen arriving. MSG announced the marriage of the Grammy winner and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, both 36, around 7:30 p.m. ET with digital screens displaying "JUST&T MARRIED!".

Swift's publicist, Tree Paine, confirmed details, including that actor Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony. Kelce recently starred alongside Sandler in the film "Happy Gilmore 2." Swift's brother, Austin, served as her "Man of Honor," while Kelce's brother, Jason, was his "Best Man."

The newlyweds were attired in custom Christian Dior Haute Couture and Christian Louboutin shoes. Following the ceremony, the Empire State Building was illuminated in blue to commemorate Swift's "something blue."

The wedding festivities commenced on Thursday with a rehearsal dinner attended by approximately 100 guests, including Cooper, Hadid, Jack Antonoff, and Swift's childhood friend Abigail Anderson. Reports had previously circulated that Swift and Kelce, who became engaged in August 2025, were already married prior to Friday's ceremony, with some speculation pointing to Tennessee as a potential earlier wedding location.
