Toddler Soccer Player Sparks Police Call After Being Deemed 'Too Good'

Police were called to a youth soccer match in Winter Park, Florida, after an incident involving a three-year-old player who was allegedly "too good" for his opponents.

The situation, which has since gone viral on social media, involved a young player named Nevada, who was reportedly playing against children around five years old. According to footage shared by the child's family, opposing parents expressed frustration that Nevada was dominating the game and holding onto the ball for extended periods.

In a video posted on TikTok, Nevada could be seen dribbling past multiple players and scoring. The child's father, who was filming, stated that the police were summoned because the three-year-old was "too good" and prevented others from getting the ball.

Winter Park Police confirmed they responded to a 911 call from a league official reporting a "disturbance on the field." Officers arrived and informed the parties involved that the dispute was a civil matter. The parents were reportedly cooperative and left the field without further incident. It remains unclear if Nevada was permitted to continue playing in the league.

Following the incident, the child's family shared a screenshot on social media that appeared to be an email from i9 Sports, indicating that a refund for the league had been processed, suggesting Nevada might have been removed from the league.

i9 Sports, the organization at the center of the controversy, released a statement acknowledging the incident and stating they take such concerns seriously. "The respectful treatment and well-being of every child and family matter deeply to us," the statement read. "We are working to understand the circumstances and will not speculate or share unverified information."

The incident drew significant attention online, with public figures like children's influencer Ms. Rachel expressing outrage and support for the young player. Viral footage showed three-year-old Nevada dribbling and scoring against opponents
