Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer Finalize Divorce Proceedings Decades After Split

Actor Tobey Maguire and jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer have reached a significant agreement in their divorce proceedings, nearly a decade after their separation. Court documents obtained by Page Six indicate that the former couple have agreed to dissolve their marital status.

Meyer and Maguire have also consented to use a private judge to mediate any outstanding issues as they finalize their broader settlement. The pair, who share two children—daughter Ruby, 19, and son Otis, 17—initially announced their split in October 2016 after nine years of marriage.

At the time of their separation, they issued a joint statement emphasizing their commitment as parents: "After much soul searching and consideration we have made the decision to separate as a couple. As devoted parents, our first priority remains raising our children together with enduring love, respect and friendship."

Meyer has since moved on romantically and became engaged to music executive Geoffrey Ogunlesi in 2024. She welcomed their first child together, a daughter, in June, coinciding with a Father's Day tribute to Ogunlesi.

Despite their personal lives evolving, Meyer has spoken about maintaining a positive relationship with Maguire. In a 2022 interview, she acknowledged the challenges of co-parenting, stating, "co-parenting with the 'Spider-Man' star and 'staying on track to stay a family' was hard work." She added that she would "do anything in the world" for her ex-husband, describing their bond as that of siblings whom she loves dearly.

Maguire has been romantically linked to younger models in recent years. In February, he was seen with 21-year-old model Mishka Silva at the 2026 Super Bowl, and in July 2024, he was photographed with 23-year-old model Lily Chee following a high-profile party. His previous public relationship was with model Tatiana Dieteman from 2018 to 2021.
