Tiger Woods has been suspended from driving for five years and ordered to pay a fine after accepting a plea deal in a Florida court Wednesday morning. The agreement resolves charges stemming from a rollover crash in March.

Woods, 50, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and refusal to submit to a lawful test at Martin County circuit court. He appeared in court wearing a dark blue suit and patterned blue tie, accompanied by his girlfriend Vanessa Trump. Woods spoke only to confirm he had read the plea agreement.

The golfer had previously pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence. The charges followed an incident where his Land Rover reportedly struck a truck and rolled over on a residential road on Jupiter Island. At the time of the arrest, Woods told an officer he was looking at his phone and changing the radio station when the crash occurred. He was not injured in the incident.

Woods' breathalyzer test did not indicate the presence of alcohol, but he refused a urine test and exhibited signs of impairment. Deputies found two pain pills in his pocket, according to a sheriff's office report. In July, a judge approved an agreement allowing prosecutors to review medical records related to Woods' crash and arrest. A similar agreement in May granted prosecutors access to prescription records for Woods at a Palm Beach pharmacy covering the period from the beginning of the year through the end of March.
