Big Brother contestant Tiffany Pollard ignited a significant dispute within the house shortly after her arrival, leading to fellow housemate Phillip Regan expressing a desire to leave the competition.
Pollard, 44, who previously appeared on the show in 2016, joined the current season of the ITV competition as a celebrity guest. Her interactions quickly led to conflict when she informed content creator Phillip Regan that viewers perceived him as "two-faced."
"I don't understand why people are having such a big problem with you," Pollard stated. "What's going on with that? Well, have you been open with your housemates? That's what it is. And I think that's why the public are deeming you to be a huge backstabber. But it's you being authentic."
Regan reacted with apparent shock, heading to the Diary Room. As he left, Pollard made a comment about his thinning hair, yelling, "You'll get through it! Just like you're getting through the male pattern baldness in the back of your mother-f***ing head!"
Inside the Diary Room, Regan voiced his frustration. "She's a trouble-causer, always has been on every show she's been in," he said. "She's nasty, I don't really want to be around the woman. I do really want go home now, I'm being honest with you, through that witch I do want to go home, because I am not staying in here with her. How f***ing dare she."
Upon exiting the Diary Room, the two engaged in another shouting match, with other housemates observing in discomfort. Pollard defended her behavior, stating, "I'm gonna shout, I'm from New York, I'm gonna be loud." Regan retorted, "Well, I'm from Scotty f***ing Road!" He further expressed his hurt, saying, "The way you turned around and said nasty things first time you've met me. You're upsetting me feelings – I wouldn't do that to you."
Pollard concluded the exchange by commenting on Regan's attire, remarking, "I don't give a s***. That's why you look like an out of work Steven Segal!"
In a separate moment, some housemates discussed Pollard's previous appearance on the show, where she was housemates with Gemma Collins and Scotty T. One housemate mistakenly asked if David Bowie was still alive, referencing an earlier incident where Pollard misunderstood Angie Bowie's announcement about her ex-husband's death, believing she was referring to David Guest.
Twinks then mistakenly stated, "Angie is no longer here as well. Angie died." Pollard appeared shocked, asking, "No she didn't? She died?" After a moment of confusion, Big Brother bosses issued a statement clarifying, "For legal reasons, Angie is not dead xxx."
