Three Stabbed at Westchester Community College; Two in Custody
County police responded to a 911 call on Wednesday afternoon and have confirmed no further suspects are being sought.
Three individuals were stabbed on the campus of Westchester Community College on Wednesday, and two suspects have been taken into custody, according to county police. Authorities responded to a 911 call at approximately 12:40 p.m. at the Valhalla campus, reporting multiple injuries.
The three victims were transported to local hospitals. Their current conditions have not been released, and the identities of those involved have not yet been disclosed.
“The full circumstances of the incident are under investigation by the Westchester County Police patrol officers and detectives,” the department stated. Police also confirmed that “no other suspects are being sought and there is no continuing threat to the college community.”
Westchester Community College, part of the SUNY system, enrolls approximately 9,700 students.
