An In-N-Out Burger employee and two customers were killed Saturday afternoon when a gunman opened fire at a newly opened restaurant in Twin Falls, Idaho. The shooter, identified as 24-year-old Chad Williams, died by suicide after the attack.

Ashley Garibay, 23, of Stockton, California, was identified as the In-N-Out employee who died in the incident. Her friends and family posted tributes on social media, with one friend describing her as a "beautiful friend" whose pictures would now only be memories. In-N-Out President Lynsi Snyder, in a statement, called Garibay a "beautiful associate" who was working the drive-thru when her life was taken.

Christopher Claunch, 59, was identified as one of the customers killed. His sister, Kimberly Castaneda, told The New York Times that Claunch, who had lived in Idaho for three decades, was excited to visit the new In-N-Out location. Claunch had reportedly been sober for two years after struggling with alcoholism and had also dealt with the loss of his first wife.

A third victim, an unidentified man, also died in the shooting. Seven other people were injured, with two released from the hospital, three listed as stable, and two in critical condition as of Sunday.

Authorities stated that Williams used an AK-style rifle to fire on customers and employees both inside and outside the restaurant before taking his own life. The shooting occurred around 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
