Owen Filer, who is believed to be the oldest man in Wales, celebrated his 107th birthday. Filer was born in 1919 and served with the Royal Welsh Fusiliers during World War Two.
When asked about the secret to his long life, Filer attributed it to a diet that includes his favorite meal: fish and chips.
