A Waco, Texas, woman was arrested Sunday evening and accused of engaging in loud sexual activity with a 75-year-old man in front of children at an apartment complex pool. Emilie Parma, 32, faces a charge of public lewdness.
Waco police were dispatched to the Central Texas Marketplace complex around 5 p.m. after receiving multiple 911 calls reporting indecent exposure, according to an affidavit cited by KWTX. Witnesses alleged that Parma and Douglas Faith, 75, were in the back corner of the pool engaging in sexual conduct that made children present uncomfortable.
Witnesses reported Parma was "grinding and thrusting" on top of Faith and making loud moaning sounds. Upon police arrival, Faith told officers that Parma had been on top of him but denied that they were having sexual intercourse, claiming he had a penile implant and that there was only sexual contact. Police also found two marijuana joints in Faith's possession, leading to an additional charge of marijuana possession.
Both Parma and Faith were booked into the McLennan County Jail. Parma was later released on a $1,500 bond, and Faith was released on a $3,000 bond. As of Wednesday afternoon, neither individual was listed in the McLennan County court system for charges related to public lewdness.
According to Parma's social media profiles, she is an Air Force veteran who joined the military in 2014. A profile from a local school highlighted her statement that "two of the most powerful, unshakable truths in my life are my faith in Christ and my service in the Air Force." Parma's LinkedIn profile indicated her last employment was as a retail sales manager, and she was listed as a women's tennis player for Belhaven University in 2013.
