A 32-year-old woman and a 75-year-old man were arrested Sunday evening on charges of public lewdness after witnesses reported them having sex in a public pool in Waco, Texas. The incident occurred around 5 p.m. at an apartment complex pool.
Witnesses told police that Emilie Parma, 32, and Douglas Faith, 75, were engaged in sexual activity and making loud noises, which made children present uncomfortable. Police were called to the scene at the Central Texas Marketplace apartment complex.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with Faith, who admitted that Parma was on top of him. However, he claimed they were not having sex because he has a "penile implant." He did acknowledge that sexual contact occurred between them.
Police arrested both individuals. Faith was also charged with possession of marijuana after officers found two marijuana joints on his person. Court records indicate Parma was released on a $1,500 bond, while Faith was released on a $3,000 bond.
