Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, a prominent Republican and ally of former President Donald Trump, is accused of reacting aggressively after being photographed with his mistress. The incident reportedly occurred on July 1 in London.

A tourist has alleged that Paxton lunged at him and attempted to take his phone after the tourist captured images of Paxton walking with Tracy Duhon, a former aide to Paxton who has been identified as his mistress. According to the accuser, Paxton realized he was being filmed as he walked down the street with Duhon.

Paxton and Duhon have reportedly been romantically involved since May 2024. At that time, both were married to other individuals. Duhon's husband, Troy Duhon, has reportedly filed for divorce.

Paxton has been married to Angela Paxton since 1986. The couple met while attending Baylor University. Angela Paxton is a former judge and currently serves as a Republican member of the Texas Senate. The allegations come as Paxton faces an impeachment trial in the Texas House of Representatives related to separate charges of bribery and abuse of office.

Images surfaced in September 2026 purportedly showing Paxton and Duhon together in various locations, including Reykjavik, Iceland, and London. One image depicts them traveling to Iceland in June 2026, departing from Dulles Airport near Washington, D.C. Another shows them walking through Reykjavik airport in the same month. A photograph taken at the Kentucky Derby in May 2026 appears to show Paxton and Duhon together, with Duhon's then-husband also present.
