Teresa Giudice 'Worried' About Daughter Milania After Airport Incident

Teresa Giudice is reportedly concerned for her daughter Milania following an intense airport incident where police were called. A source close to the family told Page Six that Giudice is "worried" about Milania, 20, and feels she is in a "hard position" as a parent.
The incident occurred at Tampa International Airport on Wednesday and involved Milania and her older sister, Gia, 25. A video captured Milania audibly distressed, questioning her mother and sister, "This is what we do now?" Teresa Giudice could be heard responding with expressions of love as officers were present.
According to an incident report obtained by Page Six, Milania was reportedly experiencing suicidal thoughts and had briefly gone missing after being released from a nearby hospital. She was located and subsequently boarded a plane with her family. The Tampa International Airport Police Department confirmed a call was made but stated no arrests were made and no medical transport was required.
A representative for Milania confirmed to Page Six that she is "deeply loved by her family and friends, and all of us are doing everything we can to support her as she navigates an incredibly difficult time in her life." The statement also noted that Milania is "under the care of professionals who are working with her and her family." The representative highlighted that Milania is a "good-hearted and caring young woman who has been going through a very challenging period," mentioning the recent loss of her best friend, Victoria Zardoya.
This is not the first legal encounter for Milania this year. On May 14, she was arrested for domestic violence and simple assault. She pleaded not guilty and enrolled in anger management classes.
Sources indicate that Milania has been facing significant personal challenges, including the death of her best friend Victoria Zardoya in July, her father Joe Giudice living abroad in the Bahamas, and the pressures of growing up in the public eye.
Joe Giudice, who was deported in October 2019 and now resides in the Bahamas, expressed his support for his daughter. Through his representative, he stated, "As her father, my priority is making sure my daughter knows that she is loved and supported. Our family is doing everything we can to be there for her and give her the support and space she needs right now."
He added that Milania "deserves love, understanding and privacy as she works through everything she has been experiencing," and concluded, "I love my daughter, and I will always stand beside her."
