Teenager in Critical Condition After Wiltshire Motorcycle-Van Collision

A 17-year-old girl is in a life-threatening condition in hospital after her motorbike collided with a van on Saturday morning.

The incident occurred around 11:20 a.m. on the B3079 Lyndhurst Road in Landford, Wiltshire. The teenager was riding her Yamaha YZF125 motorbike southbound when it was struck by a Ford Transit van that was attempting to cross the B3079 onto Forest Road.

Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage of the incident or the vehicles involved in the moments leading up to the collision. Those with information are asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team at 01225 694597, referencing log 124.

The ambulance service confirmed they attended the scene to treat a female for injuries.
