Teddi Mellencamp has nine more months of weekly immunotherapy treatments as part of her ongoing battle with stage IV cancer. The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum, who is in remission, shared the update on Thursday via Instagram.

"Let's hope I'll be back to being cringe in my workout posts soon [because] I know y'all miss them," Mellencamp wrote. She described immunotherapy as "the worst" and admitted to feeling "sick," requesting recommendations for comedies and stand-up specials from her 1.2 million Instagram followers.

Mellencamp is also preparing for her son Cruz Arroyave's 12th birthday celebration. She shares Cruz, along with daughter Slate, 13, and daughter Dove, 6, with her estranged husband Edwin Arroyave. Arroyave also has a daughter, Bella, 17, from a previous relationship. IMAGE7

Mellencamp and Arroyave paused their divorce proceedings in 2024 due to her health concerns. They continue to see other people while sharing their Encino home. Mellencamp recently became Instagram official with her new boyfriend, PJ Conley, after attending her father John Mellencamp's concert on August 10. IMAGE6
