Swift's new music video for "Patient Zero" played after she accepted the Artist Director Award. Unseen footage captured Swift's enthusiastic reaction to her own work, stopping to point at the screen as the video began. She watched the premiere alongside Dakota Johnson, who presented Swift with the award and also appeared in the video. The two were seen sharing smiles and appearing to react playfully to the video's content.
