Taylor Swift Cheers on Travis Kelce, Cites Marriage in Game Day Appearance

Taylor Swift was seen cheering on her husband, Travis Kelce, during the Kansas City Chiefs' game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday night. Swift, 36, wore a Kansas City Chiefs tank top for the game, an item retailing for $39.99.

During the first quarter, Kelce scored the Chiefs' opening touchdown. Cameras captured Swift in her luxury suite celebrating the play by pointing to her wedding ring. "That's my husband!" the singer reportedly exclaimed. Swift was in attendance with her parents, Scott and Andrea Swift, and Kelce's mother, Donna Kelce. The appearance comes nearly three months after Swift and Kelce married on July 3 at Madison Square Garden.

Swift had previously skipped the Emmy Awards to attend the Chiefs' Week 1 game, which also featured actor Tom Cruise in the stands. On the Saturday night prior to Sunday's game, both Swift and Kelce attended a birthday celebration for quarterback Patrick Mahomes at 1587 Prime, a steakhouse co-owned by Mahomes and Kelce.

Kelce arrived at Arrowhead Stadium for the game wearing a Louis Vuitton jacket. Earlier in the week, it was reported that Kelce was named as a victim in a Ponzi scheme orchestrated by Siddharth Jawahar, who is alleged to have defrauded investors out of more than $35 million. Jawahar, 38, allegedly invested client funds into Philip Morris Pakistan, and when that investment faltered, prosecutors claim he lied to investors about their returns and used new investor money to pay earlier clients. The court heard that Jawahar allegedly used Kelce's funds for personal expenses, including private jets and luxury hotels, investing only about $10 million of the $35 million he received. Prosecutors have stated that Kelce is a victim and is not accused of any wrongdoing, and the exact amount Kelce lost has not been publicly disclosed.
