Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce reportedly held a second wedding celebration event on Friday evening at Madison Square Garden, sources familiar with the plans told ABC News. The event was expected to host approximately 1,000 guests and continue until early Saturday morning.
Notable figures, including singer Benson Boone and soccer legend Abby Wambach, were photographed arriving at the venue in formal wear as a cocktail hour commenced. NFL players Chris Jones and Cooper Kupp were also in attendance.
On Thursday evening, the couple is said to have hosted a smaller gathering for about 100 people at the same arena. An SUV believed to be transporting Swift was seen arriving at Madison Square Garden around 5 p.m. Thursday.
A strict no-phone policy was reportedly enforced for all attendees, staff, and security personnel at both events.
Representatives for Swift or Kelce have not publicly confirmed details regarding the celebrations. Prior to this week's events, speculation had been mounting that the couple might hold celebrations around the Fourth of July holiday.
In the lead-up to the reported events, a representative for Swift confirmed to ABC News on Thursday that the couple had made a $26 million donation to charities in New York City and across the United States.
Swift and Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, announced their engagement in August of the previous year, following initial speculation about their relationship in the fall of 2023.
Outside Madison Square Garden, the New York Police Department implemented several street closures on Thursday and Friday in connection with the events. Access to Moynihan Train Hall and Penn Station was also restricted, according to the NYPD.
