Taylor Swift was seen flashing her wedding ring one week after marrying Travis Kelce at the wedding of Kelce's former teammate JuJu Smith-Schuster and Laura Kruk. The couple attended the ceremony at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel in Orange County, California, on Friday.
Swift wore a strapless pink floral ball gown, while Kelce sported a gray suit. The couple held hands as they entered the venue and were photographed dancing and enjoying the celebration. This marks the first public appearance where Swift has displayed her wedding ring since the July 3 nuptials.
The ceremony for Swift and Kelce took place at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Multiple sources confirmed to Page Six that the couple were "already legally married" prior to the event. Reports indicate that both exchanged vows during the ceremony, with Kelce reportedly becoming more emotional than Swift.
An insider shared with People that Swift spoke about Kelce being the "guy in high school who, even though he was the star athlete, would go sit with the less-popular kids who were being bullied at lunchtime," and that Swift "wished she knew someone like that when she was in high school."
The wedding celebration at Madison Square Garden is estimated to have cost $30 million or more, with approximately $5 million spent on florals and decor, according to Esther Lee, editorial director at The Knot Worldwide. Guests at the reception reportedly participated in games such as skee-ball, miniature golf, and a football ring toss to win luxury items, including designer bags and golf bags. Jackie Tranquill, wife of Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Drue Tranquill, won a Chanel handbag valued at $7,000.
Swift wore a custom Christian Dior haute couture wedding dress designed by Jonathan Anderson. Anderson also dressed Kelce for the occasion and described the experience as a "joy to work with her."
Guests were also given handkerchiefs embroidered with the lyrics to Swift's 2014 hit "Blank Space."
Leading up to the wedding, there was considerable speculation about the location. While some reports suggested Madison Square Garden, others pointed to Swift's property in Watch Hill, Rhode Island. Security was reportedly present at the Rhode Island compound on June 17, with individuals seen on a balcony, some in black attire and one in white.
Swift and Kelce, who began dating in 2023, announced their engagement in August 2025. Kelce proposed at his estate in Leawood, Kansas, following Swift's appearance on his "New Heights" podcast that same month. This podcast appearance also coincided with the announcement of Swift's 12th studio album, "The Life of a Showgirl."
Despite widespread rumors, the couple remained private about their wedding plans. Swift had previously stated in an October interview on UK's Heart Radio that she had not deeply considered marriage before meeting Kelce but expressed excitement about her "married life era."
