Taylor Frankie Paul Quits 'The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' Amid Cast Drama

Taylor Frankie Paul has announced her decision to quit the reality television series "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" after five seasons, citing internal conflicts with cast members.

In a statement posted to Instagram, Paul expressed relief at her departure, detailing what she described as ongoing drama and alleged mistreatment from her co-stars. "Some of the girls know what I’ve been through and then to turn and collectively pile on with their 'statements' knowing there has been ongoing abuse through the system the last 8 months on top of what I’ve endured," Paul wrote. She further alleged that "almost the entire cast plus some, going at me….laughing about my kids is disgusting."

Paul also touched upon past discussions regarding fair pay and her refusal to compromise her integrity. "I’m grateful I never followed through with their requests of demands and I’m grateful I kept same pay out of fairness and integrity," she stated, adding that she treated production and crew with respect.

She continued, describing the situation as "to the point of bullying for months now." Paul questioned the extent of suffering and scrutiny she was expected to endure, ultimately concluding, "I’m just relieved to be out."

While Paul's statement did not directly name the show, she tagged Hulu, "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives," and its production company, Jeff Jenkins Productions, in accompanying photos, indicating the show's premise, which followed the fallout of Paul's "soft-swinging" scandal.
