Slaton, 40, was seen wearing a plunging patterned one-piece swimsuit with black shorts while spending time with her nephews, Gage and Glenn, on the lake shore. This appearance follows an earlier reveal of her weight loss in April, with Slaton having since lost an additional 10 pounds and undergone procedures to address excess skin.

The series, which premiered in 2020, has chronicled the weight loss journeys of Tammy and her sister Amy. When the show began, Tammy weighed over 600 pounds, while Amy was around 400 pounds. Both sisters have faced challenges with daily tasks and self-care due to their weight.
