Tammy Hembrow's Gold Coast Mansion Fails to Sell at Auction
An auction bid of $3.92 million for the influencer's Gold Coast property was rejected, resulting in the house being passed in.
Tammy Hembrow's four-bedroom, four-bathroom mansion on the Gold Coast did not sell at auction on Friday, despite a bid reaching $3.92 million. The property was passed in after the offer was rejected.
The Broadbeach Waters estate, located on the Nerang River, saw bidding begin at $3.8 million and climb to $3.92 million. This final bid was over $1 million more than the $2.88 million Hembrow paid for the property in 2020.
The 979-square-meter property features 30.6 meters of river frontage and views of the city skyline. The residence includes an oversized kitchen, an open-plan living and dining area, a pool, and a boat ramp. The real estate advertisement described the home as exuding "timeless charm."
This is not the first time the mansion has been associated with significant moments in Hembrow's personal life. She previously shared the home with former fiancé Matt Poole and later with Love Island alum Matt Zukowski. The property has also been the setting for videos filmed with former partner Reece Hawkins and their children.
Hembrow is reportedly looking for a new property in the Gold Coast hinterland and is currently in a relationship with model Grayson Te Moana. The failed auction follows the recent closure of Hembrow's athleisure label, Saski.
During the marketing campaign, Hembrow allowed public open homes with a restriction on photography and filming inside the residence. The property has also undergone several upgrades during her ownership, including a custom closet and updated cabinetry.
