Tallulah Willis, daughter of actors Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, has taken a step toward marriage by obtaining a marriage license with her fiancé, musician Justin Acee. The couple visited Blaine County Courthouse in Hailey, Idaho, this week to complete the legal process.

Tallulah, 32, an actress and fashion designer, and Acee, who performs as Nighties, announced their engagement in December 2024 after dating since January 2023. The marriage license, which cost $28, authorizes them to marry in Idaho immediately, with no fixed window for the ceremony.

This development occurs as Bruce Willis, 71, continues his public battle with frontotemporal dementia, a condition diagnosed in 2023. The actor, known for his roles in "Die Hard" and other films, retired from acting in March 2022 after an initial diagnosis of aphasia. His family has stated he receives round-the-clock care and is generally in good health aside from his cognitive decline.

Tallulah's older sister, Scout Willis, shared a photo of the couple outside the courthouse on Instagram, captioning it, "My angels got their marriage license." Tallulah wore a floor-length rust-red polka dot dress, while Acee wore jeans and a checked shirt.

Idaho holds significance for the family, as Bruce Willis and Demi Moore relocated from Los Angeles to Hailey for a period when Tallulah and her sisters, Rumer and Scout, were young. The former couple, married from 1987 to 2000, maintained property and business interests in the area.

Willis and Acee's engagement was marked by a private ceremony at their home. Tallulah later unveiled her engagement ring in March 2025, describing it as encapsulating their love. She has previously indicated that wedding planning would commence after Demi Moore's awards campaign for the film "The Substance."

Tallulah has appeared in films with her parents, including "The Scarlet Letter" with Moore and "Bandits" with Bruce Willis, before launching her fashion brand Wyllis. Acee, originally from Buffalo, New York, is a musician who previously played drums in the band Made Violent and now releases solo music.
