Taco Bell is expanding its specialty drink concept, the Live Más Café, with new locations across the U.S. and internationally. A new stand-alone Live Más Café set to open in Las Vegas will feature the highly anticipated Boozy Mountain Dew Baja Blast, along with 20 other specialty beverages.
The Las Vegas location, which will be housed in a shipping container adjacent to an existing Taco Bell Cantina on Las Vegas Boulevard, is slated to open later this fall. In addition to the alcoholic Baja Blast, the menu will include drinks such as a Strawberry Passionfruit Refresca Rush and a Cold Brew Cinnatini. The outpost will also offer exclusive merchandise.
This move builds on Taco Bell's existing presence of alcoholic offerings at its Taco Bell Cantina restaurants, the first of which opened in Chicago in 2025. The Live Más Café concept, focused on beverages, is already present in nearly 40 U.S. locations.
Beyond the Las Vegas flagship, Taco Bell is opening three Live Más Cafés in India: Lafayette, Greenfield, and Muncy. The Lafayette location is scheduled to open October 22, with the others following before the end of the year. Additionally, three California locations in Irvine, Tustin, and The Westfield Century City Mall in Los Angeles are also expected to open by the end of 2026.
"Our fans have always loved our beverages, and the response to Live Más Café has shown us they’re craving even more," said Liz Matthews, Global Chief Food Innovation Officer at Taco Bell. "Seeing that excitement continue to grow across our Cafés tells us we’re onto something special, and we’re ready to take it even further with bold new drinks and more ways for fans to experience Live Más Café."
Since its launch in Chula Vista, California, in 2024, the Live Más Café concept has introduced nearly two dozen new beverage innovations. According to Taco Bell's website, the chain has sold approximately 1.3 million beverages through the concept to date, with breakfast and afternoon being the most popular dayparts.
