Sydney Sweeney made a striking appearance at the Venice Film Festival on Wednesday, arriving in Venice, Italy, for a series of red carpet events and parties. The "Euphoria" star, 28, was seen in a white strapless dress that highlighted her décolletage as she departed her hotel.
She complemented the dress with white kitten heels and tinted designer sunglasses. Sweeney accessorized with a brown leather purse featuring gold hardware and a necklace adorned with the initials 'SB,' believed to be a nod to her boyfriend, music executive Scooter Braun, 45. However, Braun was not present during her outing with friends to Harry's Bar.
Sweeney arrived in Venice earlier on Wednesday, coinciding with the start of the annual Italian festival. She is attending the event in her capacity as an ambassador for Armani Beauty, alongside supermodel Kendall Jenner.
The Venice Film Festival commenced with the premiere of Danny Boyle's "Ink," a film focusing on media magnate Rupert Murdoch. The festival is scheduled to conclude on September 12 with the screening of the Italian costume drama "Dio Ride."
Notable attendees expected at this year's festival include members of the band Oasis, actresses Rooney and Kate Mara, Robert Pattinson, Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem, Pamela Anderson, Sam Rockwell, John Malkovich, Louis Garrel, Cho Yeo-jeong, and Ellen Burstyn, who will receive a lifetime achievement award.
This appearance follows an earlier sighting of Sweeney with Braun in Los Angeles. The couple has been reportedly linked since September 2025. They were seen with Braun's three children from his previous marriage: Jagger Joseph, 11; Levi Magnus, nine; and Hart Violet, seven. Braun and his ex-wife, health activist Yael Cohen, finalized their divorce in 2022.
Sweeney and Braun's relationship reportedly began after they met at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's wedding in Venice in June of the previous year. The couple has shared glimpses of their relationship on social media, including a post featuring them dressed as Wonder Woman and Superman.
The actress also recently hosted a themed getaway at her Idaho lake house, nicknamed 'Camp Runamuck.' The property, originally built in 1937, has been in Sweeney's family for five generations. Sweeney acquired the house in 2022, fulfilling a desire to buy back her great-grandmother's home.
