Sydney Sweeney recently transformed her look, swapping her signature blonde hair for a dark brown wig with bangs during a visit to the Santa Monica Pier. The actress, known for her role in "Euphoria," shared photos of her disguised appearance on Instagram, prompting reactions from fans who noted how unrecognizable she appeared.

One commenter playfully asked, "That you Hannah Montana?" while another remarked, "I didn’t even recognize her." The disguise was reportedly initiated by her friend Jayde Emory Hafner, who suggested Sweeney wear the wig for their outing. Sweeney captioned the series of photos, "when ur bestie shows up and says ‘here put this wig on’ 😂🥰."

During their day at the pier, Sweeney and Hafner visited the arcade, took selfies on rides, and enjoyed snacks. Sweeney's casual attire included a Santa Monica souvenir T-shirt, denim shorts, and white sneakers. However, high-end accessories such as diamond stud earrings, Bottega Veneta sunglasses, and a The Row bag might have hinted at her celebrity status.

This is not the first time Sweeney has experimented with different hair colors or styles. She previously wore a brown mullet wig while filming the "Christy" biopic and sported a black bob wig for the 2024 Met Gala. In October of the previous year, she debuted a significant real-life change by cutting her long blonde hair into a chin-length style.
