Actress Sydney Sweeney recently embraced her adventurous side with a series of high-octane activities in Queenstown, New Zealand. Following the completion of her work on the military science fiction film "Gundam," Sweeney documented her daring exploits, which included navigating the world's largest swing suspended 134 meters above a canyon and participating in a nighttime bungee jump.

Sweeney, who has previously described herself as an adrenaline junkie, shared her experiences on Instagram. Videos captured her screaming as she experienced the massive swing over the Nevis Valley. She then took on a nighttime bungee jump with her boyfriend, Scooter Braun. Footage showed the couple clinging to each other as they plunged over the water.

Joining Sweeney and Braun for the adventurous outing was "Gundam" co-star Noah Centineo, who also completed a bungee jump. The group's activities extended beyond extreme sports, as Sweeney's post also featured a helicopter ride, archery, and a singalong during their stay. She captioned her post, "jumped over to queenstown."

Sweeney has a history of seeking out thrilling experiences. Last year, she recounted preparing for a skydive by going bar hopping until the early morning hours before her jump. She has also expressed aspirations to perform her own stunts in future action roles, citing Tom Cruise as an inspiration.

Sweeney and Braun have been a public couple for nearly a year. Their relationship became more widely known around June 2025, following a high-profile wedding. Sources indicated their connection began casually as Sweeney focused on her career, but by December, their relationship was described as serious and committed. They made their public debut as a couple via an Instagram post earlier this year, with Braun referring to himself as a "lucky bastard."

Braun, an entertainment executive, has spoken positively about Sweeney, calling her "one of the biggest surprises ever" and an "extraordinary woman – kind and generous and smart, and real and down to earth." Sweeney was previously engaged to businessman Jonathan Davino. Braun was married to activist Yael Cohen from 2014 until their 2021 split, and they share three children.
