A Sydney man accused of operating a global satanic child abuse network has been charged with 20 additional offenses following his re-arrest for allegedly breaching bail conditions. Landon Ashton Versace Germanotta-Mills, 27, now faces a total of 39 charges related to child abuse material and bestiality.

Germanotta-Mills was initially arrested in November and charged with multiple counts of using a carriage service to possess and make available child abuse material, as well as disseminating and possessing bestiality material. He was later granted bail in late April, with the condition that he live with his mother in regional New South Wales. However, he was arrested days later for allegedly failing to adhere to these terms.

Last week, the additional charges were laid, bringing the total to 39. Police allege that Germanotta-Mills played a leading role in a Sydney-based network that traded thousands of images and videos depicting children up to the age of 12. This investigation stems from NSW Police Strike Force Constantine, established to probe the online distribution of child sexual abuse material with ritualistic or satanic themes.

In November, detectives uncovered the network, which was allegedly operating through an internationally administered website for the possession, distribution, and facilitation of abuse material. Search warrants were executed in Waterloo, Ultimo, and Malabar, leading to the arrest of four men, including Germanotta-Mills.

In January, a former NSW police officer, David Turner, was arrested in connection with the alleged ring. Turner faces five charges, including those related to making and accessing child abuse material, possessing bestiality material, and possessing a prohibited drug. Investigators are expected to allege these offenses occurred after Turner left the NSW Police Force.

Germanotta-Mills founded the Underground Media Network, which describes itself as an independent Australian investigative journalism platform focused on exposing institutional failures and the misuse of power, with investigations into police corruption and child protection.

Neither Germanotta-Mills nor his co-accused have entered pleas to the charges.
