The Grammy-nominated artist is selling the estate he purchased just three years ago for $4.25 million, featuring a 15-car garage, movie theater, and tennis court.
Rapper Swae Lee has put his expansive Miami mansion on the market for $5.4 million, a little over three years after acquiring the property for $4.25 million. The estate, located behind private gates at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac, spans approximately 1.22 acres of tropical grounds.
The two-story residence offers 7,831 square feet of living space, comprising seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The main house contains five bedrooms and five bathrooms, while a separate guest wing includes an additional two bedrooms and two bathrooms, complete with its own living room and full kitchen.
The property boasts a climate-controlled garage with seven bays and automated lifts, capable of housing up to 15 vehicles. Other notable amenities include an 11-seat movie theater, a billiards room, a wet bar, and a 500-bottle wine cellar.
Outdoor features include expansive terraces, a summer kitchen, a heated swimming pool and spa, and a lighted championship tennis court. The property is situated minutes from South Miami's shopping and dining areas, as well as Baptist Hospital.
Khalif Malik Ibn Shaman Brown, known professionally as Swae Lee, purchased the estate in March 2023. He is known for his work as a solo artist and as one half of the duo Rae Sremmurd. Lee has also gained recognition as a songwriter and collaborator, contributing to Grammy-nominated tracks such as Beyoncé's 'Formation' and Travis Scott's 'Sicko Mode.'
The listing is currently active under contract, indicating a potential sale is imminent. The annual tax bill for the property is approximately $67,375.
