SUV Driver Charged with Murder After Crashing Into LA Bus

The driver of an SUV that collided with a Los Angeles bus has been charged with murder, authorities announced Wednesday. Bailee Lynn Rios, 36, is also facing charges of driving under the influence and reckless driving.
Rios was taken into custody and is being held on $4.03 million bail. According to Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman, narcotics were discovered inside Rios's vehicle, supporting the allegation that she was impaired by drugs at the time of the crash.
