Nicholas Brandram, a suspect in the 2015 "Putney Pusher" incident, was found dead at his home in Chiswick, London. Police and paramedics were dispatched to the property after a man was found unresponsive. A spokesperson for the force confirmed that a 44-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene and his next-of-kin have been notified.

Brandram, a former Captain in the Scots Guards who served in Afghanistan, had most recently been working in private banking. He was distantly related to European royalty; his grandmother was Princess Katherine of Greece, and Prince Philip, the late Duke of Edinburgh, was his godfather.
