Susanna Reid, presenter for 'Good Morning Britain,' has shared that she allows herself one day per year to break her teetotal lifestyle, most recently celebrating in Ibiza with her sons.

Reid, 55, posted photos earlier this month from a visit to the O Beach club on the island. The images showed her in a swimsuit alongside dancers holding signs encouraging viewers to vote for 'GMB' in an upcoming National Television Awards category. She told The Mirror that she was enjoying tequila cocktails with her sons, Sam, 24, Finn, 21, and Jack, 20, during the outing.

"I loved it because I'm 55 years old, and if you're not going to go out and enjoy yourself in a swimsuit, what are you doing in Ibiza at 55? It was great fun," Reid said. She described her drink of choice for this occasion as a Paloma, made with tequila and grapefruit. She added that she drinks "very, very steady" and does not "go mad," typically leaving the beach club around 8 p.m. while her sons continue their evening.

Despite her holiday indulgence, Reid maintains a health-conscious approach, waking early even on vacation for exercise and sunrise walks on the beach. She is a mother to three sons from her previous marriage. Reid is scheduled to return to 'Good Morning Britain' next week following her summer break. The show is nominated for the Best Daytime Programme award at the NTAs on September 8.
