Police have seized several supercars after a convoy en route to a wedding celebration was reported for dangerous driving on the M4 and M5 motorways.

Avon and Somerset Police's Roads Policing Unit received multiple calls from concerned motorists regarding the behavior of the drivers. Officers located the convoy and took action, stating that the drivers' actions were putting other road users in danger.

"The motorway is not the place for a rolling supercar showcase," the unit stated on Facebook. The seized vehicles included a Lamborghini, a convertible Audi, and a 4x4 Mercedes.

Officers reported the drivers and seized multiple vehicles, with ongoing inquiries to identify any other offending cars. The statement emphasized that while enjoying cars and celebrations is understandable, the journey should not endanger others.

"Enjoy the cars. Enjoy the wedding. Just don't make the journey there somebody else's worst day," the police unit added.
