Strictly professional dancer Neil Jones, 44, and Love Island star Chyna Mills, 27, have married in an extravagant wedding ceremony held at Villa San Michele, a Belmond Hotel in Florence, Italy. The couple shared images of their celebration on Instagram, showing them exchanging vows surrounded by red flowers.
Jones wore a white tuxedo with a black bow tie, while Mills stunned in a white strapless wedding dress with a corset top and a long train. Their two-year-old daughter, Havana, also attended, dressed in a white gown.
The wedding reception featured a candlelit table adorned with red floral bouquets in the hotel's stone wall garden. The couple captioned their photos: 'Mr & Mrs Jones'. Friends from Strictly Come Dancing and Love Island sent congratulations in the comments.
This ceremony follows a legal marriage at London's Marylebone Town Hall the previous week, where Mills wore a Bardot white satin gown and Jones a fitted suit.
However, the wedding has been reportedly overshadowed by a family dispute. Last year, Mills publicly accused Jones's mother of "bullying, racism, and disrespect." She alleged that Jones's family's absence from their daughter Havana's christening last year was the "final straw" in a long-brewing feud.
Reports emerged last month that Jones had banned his family from attending the Italian wedding. It is understood that his mother, Helen, and sister, Terri, were not informed of the ceremony's details. A source told The Sun that it is a "massive shame" for Jones's family to be excluded, noting that most have been blocked by the couple on social media and are unaware of their lives.
In December, Mills shared a post on Instagram detailing her alleged experiences, stating she had faced "bullying, racism, and constant disrespect from a so-called MIL." She added that after reaching out to clear the air at the beginning of the year, her request was ignored. Mills also stated that her daughter's christening was disrupted by family members who chose not to attend out of loyalty to Jones's mother and refused to acknowledge past issues.
Following Mills's accusations, Jones's sister Terri defended their mother, accusing Mills of fabricating lies and stating that "the truth will come out eventually."
A source close to the couple suggested the tensions go back further than the christening, and that despite Neil's attempts to address issues, some family members seemed to have taken a dislike to Mills, leading to their absence from Havana's life. The source also noted that both Neil and Chyna were upset by the public nature of the dispute.
Jones and Mills's relationship began in 2022, with their engagement and the birth of their daughter Havana following in subsequent years. Jones, a four-time World Latin Champion, is a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing. He was previously married to fellow Strictly dancer Katya Jones, with whom he was married for six years before their separation.
