Golden State Warriors legend Steph Curry has sold a commercial property in San Francisco for $11 million, according to property records. Curry purchased the two-story masonry building, located at the corner of 20th and Illinois streets near Pier 70, for $8.5 million in 2024.

The property was intended to serve as the flagship headquarters for his off-court business, Thirty Ink. However, the renovation project was reportedly halted in 2025 due to a dispute with a local union over the use of construction workers.

Plans for the 25,000-square-foot building included transforming it into a five-story office space with an event area, office and lab facilities, a roof deck, and a penthouse for visiting clients. The location is also in close proximity to the Chase Center, the Warriors' home arena.

This transaction marks the latest real estate move for Curry and his wife, Ayesha. The couple previously sold their Atherton estate for $29.1 million earlier this year and a San Francisco condo in 2022, in addition to other property sales in the region over the past decade.

The sale occurs as speculation circulates regarding Curry's long-term commitment to the Warriors. He is currently under contract until next year but has not yet signed an extension. Ayesha Curry recently addressed rumors of her husband's potential retirement, stating that he is working hard and not close to ending his career.

Concerns about Curry's playing time in the 2026-2027 season have surfaced following his absence for 39 games during the 2025-2026 regular season due to patella-femoral pain syndrome, commonly known as runner's knee. This injury is expected to require ongoing management by the team, and Curry has previously expressed frustration with the unpredictable nature of the ailment.
