Billionaire Michael Rubin hosted his annual star-studded White Party on Wednesday evening at his Long Island estate, drawing a constellation of celebrities from music, sports, and acting.
Singer Alicia Keys, rapper Jay-Z, and boxing legend Mike Tyson were among the notable attendees at the exclusive event held near Bridgehampton. Keys, clad in a shimmering jumpsuit, was seen mingling with guests, including country and hip-hop artist Shaboozey. Jay-Z was spotted in a quieter area of the property, wearing a black Yankees hat and sunglasses, while Tyson appeared in good spirits, seen with rapper French Montana.
The party, held at Rubin's approximately 8,100-square-foot mansion, is known as one of the summer's most exclusive gatherings. Guests, all adhering to a white-themed dress code, arrived in a steady stream of blacked-out SUVs. Attendees were required to check in with staff before security granted access to the property.
Other notable guests included actress Sofia Vergara, accompanied by her boyfriend Douglas Chabbott, and former MLB player Alex Rodriguez, who was seen with a companion. Suki Waterhouse, an English actress and singer, made a brief appearance. Emma Roberts was also in attendance, as were internet personalities Jake and Logan Paul with their respective partners, Jutta Leerdam and Nina Agdal.
Logan Paul was observed speaking with social media star Alix Earle, an interaction reported to follow a previous disagreement. Other attendees included Olivia Dunne, singer-songwriter Teyana Taylor, rapper DJ Khaled, actress Tiffany Haddish, Canadian model Winnie Harlow, and New York Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns.
The event featured catering from the renowned Brooklyn pizza parlor Lucali, with past iterations of Rubin's parties having offered selections from high-end New York eateries. Guests spread out across various areas of the estate, including an outdoor terrace overlooking the beach and a roof deck equipped with staging and DJ equipment.
Rubin, the founder of Fanatics, typically holds his White Party around July 3 or 4. This year, the date was moved to July 1. Reports suggest the shift was made to avoid conflicting with the reported wedding of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, or a potential UFC event at the White House. Last year's event was not held, breaking a tradition that dates back several years. Past attendees have included Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Tobey Maguire.
