KJ Biermann, the 15-year-old son of reality television personalities Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, has been indicted by a Fulton County, Ga., grand jury on seven felony counts. The charges stem from an alleged incident in April and include child molestation, multiple counts of sexual battery against a child under 16, aggravated sodomy, and false imprisonment.

Under Georgia's SB440 law, Biermann is being charged as an adult, which grants superior courts jurisdiction over individuals aged 13 to 17 accused of specific violent felonies. He is currently being held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center pending a preliminary hearing.

Last month, Biermann was initially arrested and charged with two felony counts of aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy, related to the same alleged April incident. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Zolciak has publicly denied the allegations against her son. In a statement provided to Fox News Digital, she stated that her son passed a polygraph examination and that no DNA belonging to him was found. Zolciak also noted that the accuser has made similar allegations against two other individuals, raising concerns about the validity of the claims. She emphasized the need for accusations to be investigated based on facts and evidence, cautioning against public condemnation based solely on accusations.

KJ Biermann is the eldest son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann. The couple also has two younger sons, Kash and twins Kaia and Kane. Biermann adopted Zolciak's two daughters, Ariana and Brielle, from a previous relationship. Zolciak and Biermann, who married in 2012, filed for divorce in 2023.
