Kroy Biermann Jr., the 15-year-old son of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak, was arrested this week on charges of aggravated sodomy and sexual battery. According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Alpharetta police took Biermann Jr., also known as “KJ,” into custody on Monday.
The charges stem from an alleged assault that occurred in April in a family locker room changing area. Court papers filed in Fulton County, Georgia, state that the alleged victim was with Biermann Jr. when he began flirting with her and making jokes.
The documents claim Biermann Jr. then led the girl into the changing room, where he allegedly began to kiss and grope her. The alleged victim reportedly told him “no” multiple times as he was touching her, and accused him of forcing oral sex and digital penetration. She eventually managed to escape, and Biermann Jr. left the area, according to the documents.
Biermann Jr. is currently being held without bond. A hearing is scheduled for September 1. Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Sr. filed for divorce in 2023, with proceedings still ongoing.
