Kroy Biermann Jr., the 15-year-old son of television personalities Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, has been arrested on charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery. The arrest follows a claim by a teenage girl that Biermann Jr., known as KJ, assaulted her in a gym changing room.
According to court documents, police were dispatched to North Fulton Hospital on April 24, 2026, after the alleged victim reported a sexual assault. The accuser, a teenage friend of KJ, stated the incident occurred the previous day at a local gym. The girl reported that she and KJ entered a co-ed sauna together, where she claims he began to touch her and she refused. She further alleged that he forced her to perform oral sex and attempted to have sexual intercourse with her.
The alleged victim was examined at the hospital on April 24, and the report indicated no evidence of male DNA was found. Police initiated an investigation, with an officer attempting to contact Kroy Biermann Sr. on May 14. Kroy Sr. reportedly stated on May 18 that he would discuss the matter with Kim Zolciak.
Kroy Biermann Jr. was taken into custody on Monday and is being held without bond at the Juvenile Court of Fulton County. Biermann and Zolciak, who have six children together, divorced in 2023 after a 12-year marriage. Representatives for Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have been contacted for comment.
