Soho House Staff Sign NDAs Amid Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Visits

Staff members at the exclusive Soho Farmhouse in the UK have been required to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) related to visits from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, according to multiple sources. The NDAs specifically address the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, indicating heightened privacy measures around their presence at the members-only club.

Soho Farmhouse, located in the Cotswolds, is a favored destination for the couple, who have established a residence nearby. The upscale retreat offers amenities such as horse riding, a cinema, and dining options, and has become a frequent spot for the Sussexes.

Existing policies at Soho House clubs already prohibit members and guests from identifying visitors and taking photographs. The introduction of specific NDAs for Harry and Meghan underscores an effort to further safeguard their privacy.

A source close to the situation clarified that the decision to implement these NDAs was not initiated by Prince Harry or Meghan Markle.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex relocated to the UK, settling near Soho Farmhouse in a property owned by hedge fund billionaire Ian Wace, along with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. Meghan Markle has been seen at the farmhouse on several occasions since their return, including for coffee meetings and wellness classes.

Prince Harry recently spoke about his satisfaction with being back in the UK, emphasizing the importance of proximity to friends and family for his children. He noted that the opportunity to show his children where he grew up, and provide them with positive experiences, was a significant factor in their decision to move.

The couple's move back to the UK, following their departure from Montecito, California, has reportedly surprised some acquaintances. They plan to remain in the UK for at least the academic year, with potential future moves to Canada or Australia being considered.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have a long-standing connection with Soho House, having met at a Toronto club prior to their public relationship. Markus Anderson, an executive at Soho House and a close confidant of Markle, was involved in arranging her bachelorette party at the farmhouse in 2018 and has facilitated their visits to various club locations.
