Sofia Vergara and Dan Reynolds Ignite Romance Rumors After Recent Splits

Sofia Vergara and Dan Reynolds have sparked romance rumors following their respective breakups. The pair were spotted having dinner together in Beverly Hills over the weekend, and sources reported they also attended Doja Cat's 31st birthday party together.
According to TMZ, eyewitnesses at the party observed Vergara and Reynolds appearing to be in a flirty exchange and sitting closely in a corner. This follows their dinner engagement at Cipriani on Friday, where they were joined by Anastasia Soare and another companion.
During the dinner, Vergara wore a dark, low-cut dress, while Reynolds opted for a casual dark navy t-shirt. At one point, the two were seen briefly holding hands. They reportedly made a discreet exit from the party shortly after midnight.
However, a source told People that the outing was a "friendly group dinner" and that Vergara and Reynolds, 39, were simply spending time with mutual friends. The actress was previously married to Joe Manganiello, 49, with whom she finalized her divorce in April 2024 after separating in July 2023. Reynolds, the frontman for Imagine Dragons, recently ended a four-year relationship with Minka Kelly.
Vergara's previous marriage to Manganiello has recently been in headlines due to allegations made in his new memoir, "Bloodlines." In the book, Manganiello claimed Vergara refused to hug him during a severe autoimmune disease he experienced and alleged that her ex, Nick Loeb, may have placed a "voodoo curse" on him. Manganiello also contended that his marriage to Vergara became "devoid of any emotionality whatsoever" as his health declined. He refuted Vergara's prior statements that their split was due to his desire for children, stating his illness led him to abandon thoughts of starting a family with her. Manganiello's memoir also details his struggles with pain medication and suicidal thoughts during his illness.
Meanwhile, Reynolds's split from Kelly followed a four-year relationship. The couple made their most recent public appearance together on the red carpet in May at the Museum of Contemporary Art Gala.
