Socialist Candidate Calls for Imprisonment of 'Lawless MAGA Thugs'

Pennsylvania congressional candidate Chris Rabb, a member of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), declared on a podcast that he supports imprisoning "lawless MAGA thugs," despite identifying as a "decarceration person."

Rabb expressed his belief that the United States' high incarceration rate is morally wrong and bad policy. However, he stated, "I will make an exception for all of those f---ers who are lawless MAGA thugs, who have destroyed lives and communities, lock all of those f---ers up." He acknowledged this stance might seem hypocritical for someone on the left but asserted, "right is right."

He urged members of Congress to impeach and subpoena individuals he believes are undermining democracy. Rabb also drew a parallel to mothers facing jail time for relocating for their children's education, suggesting that figures like Jared Kushner should also face incarceration.

White House spokeswoman Anna Kelly responded to Rabb's comments, telling Fox News Digital that "Trump-deranged Democrats have no agenda except to lob unhinged attacks against the President and obstruct the agenda he was elected to implement. This person is clearly disturbed and should seek help."

Similar sentiments were recently voiced by Florida Democratic Senate candidate Angie Nixon, also a DSA member. Nixon stated that she would like to see her opponent, Sen. Ashley Moody, R-Fla., "locked up and punished in jail" for her actions.

Nixon clarified her remarks in an interview, responding affirmatively when asked if she wanted Moody imprisoned, stating, "Because of what she did, yes. I absolutely would want that to happen."
