Social media influencer and model Tayzia J. Toledo, 22, died in a car crash on Sunday night in Deptford Township, New Jersey. Toledo, who went by Ayzia J online, was driving a BMW on Route 55 around 11 p.m. when she lost directional control of the vehicle, causing it to flip and strike a tree, according to New Jersey State Police.

Toledo and a passenger, 22-year-old Henreitta Carter, were both killed in the incident. A third, unidentified passenger sustained minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The crash remains under investigation by state police.

Toledo, a resident of Bristol, Pennsylvania, had amassed over 300,000 followers across her Instagram and TikTok accounts, where she identified herself as a TV personality, content creator, and model. Her family described her in an online fundraiser as deeply loved, cherished, and admired, noting her vibrant personality and the significant impact she was making.

"She was building an incredible future for herself, making a meaningful impact and creating a growing presence across social media platforms," her family stated on the fundraising page. "Ayzia’s light will never fade. She will forever live on through the memories, laughter, and love she shared with so many. Though her journey here was far too short, her impact was profound, and her legacy will continue to inspire all who knew and loved her."

Days before the crash, Toledo had posted new styles on Instagram, prompting numerous tributes from her followers in the comments section. News of her death came on the same day that another influencer, Brianna Johnson, known as DreamDoll Brii, was killed in a drive-by shooting in Florida at the age of 21.
